GAD LLP WIN MYSTERY SHOPPING AWARD

Leading law firm, Gregory Abrams Davidson LLP, is the proud recipient of the Mystery Shopping Award 2010.

The award was presented by the City Central Business Improvement District working in conjunction with Storecheckers.

The Liverpool City Central Business Improvement District (BID) was a first for cities in the North of England. Managed by the Liverpool BID Company, the initiative's aim is to fund activities that improve and build on footfall to the retail heart of Liverpool's city centre.

Funds are spent directly on better safety and security for customers and staff in the city's retail outlets, cleaner, more attractive streets and improved promotion and events.

The Mystery Shoppers initiative is now in its second year in Liverpool with over 100 retailers taking part. It was noted that many of the 100 + retailers had notably improved on their performance from 2009.

Gregory Abrams Davidson LLP has four offices, three in Liverpool and one in London. The head office in Mathew Street was the focus of this award and achieved the highest score of 100% for professionally handling clients.

GAD LLP recently celebrated 30 years and specialises in a wide range of private and corporate legal matters. The firm also has an established legal name and reputation in the region.

Gregory Abrams, senior partner at GAD LLP, commented: "We pride ourselves on our high standards of customer service and care and we are delighted to be recognised in this way. Full marks to our Mathew Street Reception Team who thoroughly deserve this prestigious award"

Ged Gibbons CEO of Liverpool BID, said: "Results clearly show that our businesses are up there with the best anywhere in the country, and through the support of this programme we hope to keep Liverpool city centre ahead of the pack. Congratulations to Gregory Abrams Davidson"
