Jonathan Abrams Joins Gregory Abrams Davidson LLP

Brings Experience in Corporate and Media Work

National law firm Gregory Abrams Davidson LLP today announced that Jonathan Abrams has joined the Firm as Senior Associate in the Corporate practice. He will be located in the Firm's London office.

Jonathan will focus on all aspects of Corporate and Company law, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Commercial Agreements. He will represent start-ups, existing companies and high net worth individuals and is experienced in Media Law issues. Jonathan, 30, came to Gregory Abrams Davidson LLP after living in New York for 8 years, where he worked at Chadbourne and Parke LLP and Goldman Sachs & Co.

"Jonathan's experience in both US and UK corporate and media law issues will help our clients greatly on several fronts," said the Firm's Senior Partner and head of Corporate Barry Davidson. "We welcome him to the Firm."

Jonathan received his law degree (LLB Hons.) from the University of Leeds in 2000, following which he passed the LPC at Chester College of Law in 2002. He is also a Licensed Attorney in the State of New York.
