Gregory Abrams Davidson LLP is pleased to welcome solicitor Amy Bennett as a new member of the London Office to launch a dedicated medical negligence and personal injury team in the South.

Amy was previously based in Gregory Abrams Davidson’s Liverpool office where she specialised in claims including misdiagnosis, surgical errors, harm caused during birth and inappropriate treatment.

Amy will use her expertise to provide a distinct and approachable service to London-based claimants who have been victims of medical misconduct out of the firm’s office in Temple Fortune.
In addition, Amy will also launch the “No Win No Fee” personal injury team in London.

She is currently representing patients involved in the multi-million pound litigation against DePuy International Limited, the manufacturers of the recall ASR hip implant, for damages involving pain and suffering, loss of earnings, and future medical care.

The personal injury team also frequently assists clients who are injured at work or abroad, through road traffic accident, slip, trip or fall or as a result of an industrial disease or fault product.

Amy's desire to help others extends to her out of hours commitment to charitable causes.  She often visits the sick and elderly.  In addition, she provides free legal advice to the local Citizen’s Advice Bureau.
