Practice Description

Andrew Lee is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Family Law department of Gregory Abrams Davidson. He qualified in 1992 and has practiced exclusively in family law throughout his career.

In 2004 he was accepted as a qualified member of the Law Society's Advanced Family Law Panel; a panel of specialist family solicitors approved by the Law Society. In achieving this goal his particular specialism of acting for clients in financial relief proceedings and in particular dealing with high net worth cases was recognised.

Andrew has acted for and against successful businessmen, professional footballers, pop stars and politicians. He has dealt with cases involving assets in excess of £10m.

Andrew is experienced in advising clients in relation to divorce proceedings, property disputes involving cohabitees, pre-nuptial settlements and disputes involving children.

Representative Matters

Advised on the preparation of a pre-nuptial agreement involving assets in excess of £15m.

Acted for wife of Premier League footballer to secure interim maintenance of £9000pcm and clean break settlement in excess of £1m.

Acted for Husband in Divorce involving assets of £10m including loan notes and property investments. Secured Share for Husband of 68%.

Interests

Married with two children, Andrew’s interests outside work are football (playing and watching), guitar playing, and wine appreciation.
