With over 30 years of legal experience behind him, Barry leads Gregory Abrams Davidson LLP’s Corporate and Property Departments.

A second generation lawyer, Barry is highly regarded as an expert in landlord and tenant, property, investment and development, and has many national retailers as his clients.

Barry also possesses a wealth of experience in corporate law, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, company law and commercial agreements.

Barry counsels a diverse range of public and private companies at varying stages of growth and is a non-executive director of a number of the firm’s corporate clients. He has also been an enthusiastic advocate of business start-ups, venture capital and growth initiatives since the 1990s, and was a director of many such companies.

Prior to his current position, Barry was the senior partner at Davidsons Solicitors, a niche Corporate and Property law practice and received his law degree from the University of Liverpool.
