Representing a freehold investment company owning large residential blocks in Central London. Responsible for all of the client’s legal work including new leases, lease extensions, licences disputes. Representing several large property investors in both residential and commercial markets.

Interests

Married with two grown up children, Charles’s interests outside work include fishing, shooting and gardening. Charles has recently returned to work after having taken a sabbatical year off to travel around the world… he will be based in the UK for the foreseeable future!
