Joan is responsible for the firm’s overall business continuity and quality standards.

As one of the Practice’s longest serving employees, Joan has worked in a variety of roles, since joining the firm in 1980.

Joan is motivated by the challenges and variety of matters associated with her position. Most recently, Joan was responsible for the firm’s achievement in gaining Lexcel Accreditation.
