
Lisa is a Partner in the Personal Injury department and helps to run the Clinical Negligence practice, based in the Liverpool Penny Lane office. After joining the firm in 1995, Lisa qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and became Partner in 2007.
During her time at Liverpool John Moores University, Lisa was awarded the Sweet & Maxwell Prize and the Bob Fletcher Law Prize for achieving the best overall results in her year and also coming top in contract and tort (negligence).
She has been an active member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) since 2003 and has been accredited the title of Senior Litigator.
Lisa has years of experience in a wide range of injury cases including road traffic accidents, occupier liability, accidents at work and slipping and tripping cases. However, her practice focuses on high value claims involving compensation for clients who have sustained an injury as a result of medical negligence.
Lisa routinely deals with claims against hospitals (both NHS and Private), dentists and general practitioners.
