Vicki is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Clinical Negligence department, based the Liverpool Penny Lane office. Vicki qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and joined the firm in January 2007 to help run the Clinical Negligence team.

Vicki works solely on behalf of individuals and families who are pursuing clinical negligence claims against a hospital, or an individual practitioner, Doctor or Dentist.

Vicki has 11 years of experience in this field and has been involved in a number of high profile cases. Most notably, she has been involved in the Alder Hey organ retention case.

Representative Matters

Successful result for a client who had brain damage, causing long-term amnesia and who had suffered bilateral shoulder fractures. Obtained pre-trial settlement for £70,000.

Currently representing a client who suffered necrotising fasciitis (more commonly known as “flesh-eating disease”, following a caesarean section.
